Return and Refunds policy:

I offer no returns as my items are perishable. Message me and please send me pictures of the damaged product. I have to do this for insurance purposes only. After I see the damage, I will either refund you or offer a replacement so that you can reorder if needed. If the damage is deemed non-consequential (i.e., the item was slightly damaged but tasted good), no refund or replacement will be offered.

The shipping is non-refundable as perishable items are not covered by insurance unless the packaging is clearly damaged. This is why pictures are so important for me and for you. I am fairly reasonable with my refund policy, but I must see images of the damage. If the carrier in question (DHL, UPS, or USPS) deems your package damage as not worthy of a refund or compensation, you will not get a refund for shipping damage. I am a very small business with just one employee who can't take losses in income like that as much as the big corporate giants like Amazon or Walmart.

Please note that the shipping and processing times listed are currently the longest estimated wait to receive your items. They may change at any time. If you need your order by a specific time, please message or email me directly at pigeonbakingcompany@gmail.com

Allergy statement:

If you state that you require special preparation and cross contamination mitigation measures be taken because of an allergy, we will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is prepped free of allergens. That being said, we can not fully guarantee 100% that your order will be free of contact with allergens, as I work with many different allergens in our small kitchen and don't have separate prep stations.
