Note: Pure vanilla extracts are made with just alcohol and vanilla beans. Some of our oldest batches had a touch of pure cane sugar added to enhance the flavor. This practice was discontinued to produce a more natural product. The extracts not denoted "Pure" have sugar in them. The "Pure" products have no sugar added and are a great extract for diabetics or individuals with insulin resistance.
