There are three tier levels: Holiday Surcharge (only available during holidays, first available), Priority (First available [non-holiday] or within 3 days [holiday]) and Reserve (If you need your order within 10 days). Note that listing is PER ITEM. If you order 5 line items in your order, you will need to purchase 5 of the same tier that you want. 12 cookies, for example, counts as 1 line item if it's the same flavor.

Holidays that qualify for holiday pricing include: Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
